Coarse Resilient Anti Slip Tape

During the course of 2010, we decided to take a fresh approach on our coarse resilient, knowing we could improve the quality further still, and with this thought in mind, we created a more stable material that improves the factor that it has the feel of a rubber yet possesses the dimensional stability plastic brings, but now allows for better levels of adhesion.

Coarse resilient is perfect for areas that need a non slip surface, however it is perfect for barefoot traffic and areas exposed to water, such as gym washrooms, swimming pools and boats. Due to coarse resilient being waterproof and non abrasive, it will cater for both of these.

Coarse resilient is an embossed PVC, which while being non abrasive still possesses high levels of CoF (coefficient of friction). Using the embossing technique on most of our non-abrasive materials, this creates an excellent surface texture which have high levels of CoF. Using a technique of micro blowing while the material is still molten can create deep troughs and valleys, which can increase levels of CoF.

Over the years we have always produced coarse resilient in black and grey, and over these years there has been much demand for a clear version, something that previously, due to the nature of the material, was not achievable. Once we made alterations to the material, we are happy to say we can now produce clear coarse resilient tape in as many roll sizes and with as many bespoke options as our other resilient tape.

Recently, we have also added white as a colour choice for our clear coarse resilient, increasing the choice available, so you can get exactly what you want, instead of a suitable which is 'pretty much' what you require. We feel colour choice is in some cases, just as important as the function of a product. White coarse resilient is available in as many size choices as all our other coarse resilient anti slip tapes.
