Beds
While most hold pretty well, there are many beds that have bases made from laminated wood, on which the mattresses rest. While the surround of this base usually have a lip that mattresses rest in, this does not always prevent movement, thus when getting into bed, the mattresses can shift, causing you to get off again and re-adjust before attempting to successfully enter your bed again. By placing non-slip fabric on the base inbetween the mattress, you can eradicate movement and the only movement you need to worry about is getting yourself comfortable.
Sofas
We all love to sprawl comfortably on a sofa, unless that’s just me. However, many sofa cushions don’t always stay in their rightful place, either sliding out while you are seated or moving out of position when you are sitting down or standing up from them. These are problems that are usually more apparent on leather sofas. Placing non-slip fabric underneath the sofa cushions helps hold them in position, preventing them from moving out of place, at the very least as much as they used to. Non-slip fabric is a cost-effective solution to the problem, and can change your opinion on a once unfavourable sofa, to one that makes you want to become a couch potato!
As well as loosely placing it under cushions, mattresses or any other furniture, non-slip fabric can be stitched in for a better hold, if required. The material is durable but soft enough to allow it to be sewn to any other fabrics with ease. If you are constantly dealing with slipping cushions or mattresses, this would be a good option.
Non-slip fabric is perfect as a non-slip material on furniture. It is available in adhesive and non-adhesive variants in white, and non-adhesive in red and blue in commercial logs measuring 1.5m in width and 25m in length. Tenura non-slip fabric is available in white, black and beige in the same sizes, aside from beige which is available in a length of 30m.
