We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Team.
Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Chorley/Brinscall
Type: Full time
Salary: TBC / please request if interested
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: Total hours/Working pattern 39.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Overview:
As an administrative assistant, you will provide administration support to managers, supervisors and employees working in our friendly but busy office and warehouse.
Key duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
· Answering the Telephone
· Dealing with queries
· Inputting orders into Sage200 (some accounts systems background would be helpful but training is given)
· Taking payments
· Completing the Calendar
· Franking Post
· Filing
· Other duties within the office environment as required
The right candidates for this position will possess the following qualities:
· Excellent telephone manner
· Self-motivated & well organised
· Demonstrated ability to work well under busy times
· Attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
· Problem-solving skills
· A strong team player
· Some knowledge of exporting preferred but not essential
