Edge Fix is applied to both the substrate and the tape. It then shrinks as it cures, effectively pulling the material into place and holding it firmly and securely.

Applications / Recommended Uses

For use in high-traffic areas or locations where there may be frequent impacts at sharp angles (for example, non-slip stair treads installed on stair nosings where high heels may strike the edges), the use of Edge Fix sealant is recommended.

Technical Specifications

The Edge Fix dispenser has an appearance similar to a large toothpaste tube. The fine nozzle allows for accurate and controlled application.

Only a small amount is required for non-slip stair treads-just enough to make contact with both the tape and the substrate. Edge Fix should be applied only after installation, not before.

The edge sealant dries in approximately 10–15 minutes.

One 140 ml tube seals approximately 36.6 linear metres of non-slip stair treads.
