Our new and improved Line Marking Applicator has been specifically developed for applying PermaStripe floor marking tapes across large areas, significantly improving efficiency when installing your chosen facility marking system.

Supplied fully assembled with minimal set-up required, the applicator allows you to apply line marking tape to large, clean, dry surfaces in a fraction of the time it would take to install by hand using a standard dispenser.

Unlike our previous model, this updated Marking Tape Dispenser Trolley has been engineered to fully accommodate PermaStripe, which is reverse wound. The applicator features integrated dual systems designed to handle these differences in tape construction, ensuring smooth operation and perfectly applied floor marking tape every time.

Applications / Recommended Uses

Set-up and operation of the improved line marking applicator is straightforward and efficient. Simply insert the spindle through your chosen roll of tape, following the CNC-etched instructions located on the side plate of the roll holder. This ensures the roll is fitted correctly and positioned in the proper direction for application.

Sizes, Formats & Appearance

The Heskins Marking Tape Dispenser Trolley includes quick-pin adjustments to suit 50mm, 75mm and 100mm rolls. It features automated, tension-controlled backing liner removal and a large aluminium roller to firmly bond the floor marking tape to the surface.

A wider wheelbase than the previous model provides improved stability during use. The ergonomically designed handle reduces hand and shoulder fatigue when applying tape across extensive areas – an especially valuable feature for larger facilities.
