FlowGrip is Heskins thinnest non-abrasive material to date, all while being tough yet flexible with excellent anti-slip properties.

Benefits

Not only superb for use as anti-slip or grip enhancement on surfaces with extreme angles but it is also deployed on surfaces as impact protection. The toughness of FlowGrip does not affect the non-slip performance nor prevents it from being malleable enough to apply around extreme angles.

Applications

The optimal application temperature for FlowGrip is 10°C  or above.

Sizes

H3455 FlowGrip is available for immediate dispatch in 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 1260mm master logs. However, upon request, roll widths from 19mm are possible. All roll lengths are 18.3 metres.

Adhesive

The adhesive is different to regular products; due to its requirements for use, we had to modify it to hold the material around sharp angles. Flexible plastic films are made so by the addition of plasticisers. Plasticisers eventually degrade an adhesive applied to plastic films. In typical application situations, this does not affect performance, but for applications that FlowGrip is used for, it would reduce the likelihood of its effectiveness when applied to sharp angles. Therefore, we created an adhesive that would resist the adverse effects of the plasticisers, allowing FlowGrip to perform as intended.

Tape Thickness

FlowGrip™ has a total applied thickness of 0.44mm, engineered to deliver dependable traction without compromising flexibility. Its precision-calibrated PVC base layer provides strong, secure adhesion while allowing the tape to contour smoothly to a variety of surfaces—including those with slight irregularities. This balanced construction offers reliable slip resistance in wet or high-foot-traffic environments while maintaining a low-profile design that won’t interfere with equipment, footwear, or everyday use.

Customisation Options

While FlowGrip is currently available only in black, our custom services give you the flexibility to create any colour you need, matched precisely to Pantone or RAL references.

In addition, despite being our thinnest tape, FlowGrip can still be fully customised with printing. You can add images, text, safety warnings, brand graphics, or operational instructions—ideal for marking corners or areas where FlowGrip is most frequently applied. Printed details remain clear and readable, even when the tape is used on extreme angles.
