Heskins’ original anti-slip grip tape, Safety-Grip, consists of abrasive mineral particles applied to a self-adhesive filmic carrier. Originally developed for industrial environments, Safety-Grip tape is also suitable for a wide range of other applications.
Back in 1997, Heskins developed this hard-wearing and effective product, which remains the most popular range in our portfolio to this day. Over the years, we have continuously expanded and improved the range, introducing different surface variants, additional colours, various adhesive types, special printed options, and bespoke solutions.
SAFETY-GRIP – abrasive anti-slip tape from Heskins Ltd
Heskins’ original anti-slip grip tape, Safety-Grip, consists of abrasive mineral particles applied to a self-adhesive filmic carrier. Originally designed for industrial environments, Safety-Grip tape can also be used in many other applications. Back in 1997, Heskins developed this hard-wearing and effective product, which remains the most popular range in our portfolio to this day. Over the years, we have continually expanded and refined the range, adding different surface variants, more colours, various adhesive types, special printing options, and bespoke solutions.
We produce Safety-Grip in three main grades:
Standard – used in most situations; the abrasive coating provides excellent levels of grip and friction.
Coarse – a more aggressive, industrial-grade material that may not be suitable for standard or domestic applications.
X-Coarse – a unique product with no comparable alternative worldwide, designed exclusively for industrial environments. The deep grit prevents clogging from dirt or dust. Due to its increased thickness, a higher-grade (HG) adhesive is used to prevent lifting, along with a thicker plastic carrier to enhance durability.
