Heskins opaque Safety-Grip is designed to be applied to dark or bright coloured surfaces to provide complete contrast from the surface for demarcation.

This is achieved by adding an additional white, opaque base to our yellow standard, 60 grit, Safety-Grip. This prevents dark or strong colours from showing through. The opaqueness helps to create noticeable contrasts between surface and tape to provide clear demarcation.

At present, we only produce this opaque anti-slip tape in yellow. The yellow colour is deep, rich and is not diluted by even a black base.

We can produce rolls from 19mm to 1168 at a length of 100m.

Tape Thickness

Opaque Safety-Grip™ features a total applied thickness of 0.9mm ± 0.2mm, offering a sturdy, confidence-inspiring layer of traction for demanding environments. Its PVC base film provides a strong, stable foundation that maintains adhesion while allowing the tape to handle moderate contours without compromising performance. This construction delivers a dense, durable surface ideal for areas where reliable slip resistance is critical, yet still avoids excessive bulk that could interfere with foot traffic or equipment.
