As the Easter season approaches, we would like to inform our customers, partners, and distributors about our upcoming Easter Bank Holiday closure. Planning ahead during holiday periods helps ensure that orders, enquiries, and deliveries continue to run smoothly, so please take note of the following important dates.

Easter Closure Dates

Heskins will be closed during the Easter Bank Holiday on the following dates:

  • Friday 3rd April – Good Friday – CLOSED
  • Monday 6th April – Easter Monday – CLOSED

During these dates, our offices, warehouse, and production facilities will not be operating.

We will reopen and resume normal operations on:

  • Tuesday 7th April – OPEN AS USUAL

 

Planning Orders Around the Easter Holiday

Easter is an important public holiday period in the UK, and many businesses, including courier services and suppliers, operate with reduced schedules. As a result, dispatch and delivery times can occasionally be affected around bank holidays.

To help avoid delays, we recommend placing any urgent or time-sensitive orders ahead of the Easter weekend. Submitting orders in advance allows our team sufficient time to process and dispatch goods before the closure begins. If you are working on a project that requires anti slip tape, floor marking materials, or other Heskins safety solutions, planning ahead will help ensure everything arrives when you need it.

Our warehouse and production teams will continue processing orders until the close of business on Thursday 2nd April. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be prepared and dispatched where possible, depending on stock availability and courier collection schedules.

During the Closure

Between Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April, our offices will be closed for the Easter Bank Holiday. During this period:

  • Order processing and dispatch will be paused
  • Our sales and support teams will not be available
  • Email enquiries will still be received but responses may be delayed until we reopen

Customers are still welcome to browse our website, explore our product range, or submit enquiries during this time. All messages and orders will be handled as soon as our team returns.

Reopening on Tuesday 7th April

Heskins will reopen on Tuesday 7th April, when all departments will return to normal operating hours. Our team will begin processing orders and responding to enquiries as soon as we return.

Following any holiday period there may be a slightly higher volume of emails and orders to work through. However, our staff will process everything as quickly as possible to ensure minimal disruption to our customers.
